About the role
- Junior Analyst overseeing vehicle decommissioning processes for Unidas in Brazil. Ensuring the management of vehicle statuses and communication with service providers and internal clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the vehicle decommissioning process;
- Make adjustments and update vehicle statuses in the system;
- Maintain contact with repair shops or transporters, ensuring vehicles are prepared and services are completed for sale;
- Track and record movements of vehicles destined for sale;
- Monitor the arrival of vehicles at the wholesale lot and maintain relationships with the pre-owned vehicles team, providing support for vehicle-related requests.
Requirements
- College degree (in progress or completed);
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
- Knowledge of fleet management is desirable;
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency and clarity, to maintain constant contact with service providers and internal clients.
