About the role
- Tech Lead position leading development team in Pix systems at Unicred. Responsible for ensuring software engineering best practices and technical mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team technically, ensuring software engineering best practices and sound architecture
- Design and implement scalable, robust solutions for the Pix system
- Serve as the team’s technical reference, promoting mentoring, pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions
- Ensure code quality and the adoption of automated testing
- Ensure observability, monitoring and performance of applications
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, proposing continuous improvements
- Define and enforce adherence to architectural, security and software governance standards
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues
Requirements
- Proven experience developing in Java (version 8 or higher)
- Deep knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and JPA/Hibernate
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Experience with security practices for financial applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience handling regulatory/legal requirements and knowledge of the Pix product
