About the role
- Coordenator of Cloud Engineering leading infrastructure teams to ensure execution and evolution at Unicred. Requires solid background in cloud technologies and leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT infrastructure, cloud and network activities, ensuring planning, execution, maintenance and evolution of environments;
- Own the management of requests, backlog prioritization and coordination of deliveries throughout the year, ensuring predictability and alignment with the organization's strategy;
- Lead and develop the infrastructure, cloud and network team, fostering technical, behavioral and career development through continuous follow-up and feedback rituals;
- Coordinate the execution of the infrastructure, cloud and network strategy, ensuring adherence to guidelines set by management and actively contributing suggestions for technical evolution;
- Act as a liaison between management, the technical team and product areas, reconciling strategic priorities with operational and technical needs;
- Promote and support the adoption of DevOps best practices, automation, CI/CD, microservices, APIs and agile methodologies;
- Ensure the availability, reliability, scalability and security of infrastructure and platform services;
- Support product teams in using the platforms, performing technical analyses, incident resolution and continuous improvement of solutions;
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation and ownership within the team;
- Monitor technical and operational indicators, ensuring visibility, transparency and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating technical teams in IT infrastructure, cloud and/or platform engineering;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, with postgraduate studies in IT, Cloud, Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Information Security or related areas;
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring and support of on-premises, cloud or hybrid environments;
- Experience managing requests, prioritizing backlogs, executing and monitoring technical strategies;
- Background in platform engineering, including:
- • development and evolution of infrastructure and platform services;
- • DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation and infrastructure as code;
- • use of microservices, APIs and system integration.
- Ability to work closely with product teams, understanding business needs and supporting platform adoption;
- Knowledge of information security, identity management, access control and security best practices for infrastructure and cloud environments;
- Experience migrating services to the cloud (public and/or private), using technical and business criteria;
- Ability to follow the lifecycle of products and technologies, ensuring availability, evolution and alignment with the business;
- Skill to balance technical vision, product vision and business needs;
- Collaborative leadership profile, focused on people development, clear communication and building psychologically safe environments.
