Expert Product Owner developing functional and non-functional requirements in a hybrid work setup at Uni Systems. Engage with business needs and Scrum methodologies to optimize product outcomes.
Responsibilities
Elaborate functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze data and model data structures.
Provide expert advice and assistance, monitor applicable standards, solution patterns, and best practices with IBM Case Manager (or equivalent case management platform), XML, interoperability, etc.
Interact with the business and validate requirements.
Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of Case Management.
Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return on investment.
Develop user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint.
Participate in decision-making related to user story scheduling into sprints.
Engage in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (SCRUM), retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
Review deliverables and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint.
Facilitate acceptance of the product by the business.
Requirements
Master's degree in IT and minimum 15 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's in IT and minimum 19 years of experience).
Experience as an analyst or architect in very large and complex enterprise applications, ideally with integration or interoperability projects.
Proficiency in business process modeling and functional analysis using BPMN and UML.
Hands-on experience with Case Management software.
Practical experience working in Agile environments.
Good knowledge of the Application Management Lifecycle.
Experience with CMMN (Case Management Model and Notation), Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Case Manager or any other Case Management software will be considered an asset.
At least one of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or SAFe Product Owner.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2).
