About the role

  • Your day will generally start with a quick daily stand-up - aligning with engineers on troubleshooting, new ideas, and any challenges that need solving.
  • Next, you might join a customer meeting, acting as our product expert - helping customers, collecting feedback, and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Then, you’ll jump into our platform to explore new features, test functionality, and share internal feedback.
  • Later, you might wrap up your day by presenting improvements and ideas to the product and engineering teams - helping turn insights into real action.
  • You’ll be our go-to product expert, working in a high-paced startup environment with lots of fun and meaningful tasks.
  • Meeting with customers to understand their goals, workflows, and challenges.
  • Helping customers get onboarding to the product and continuously ensuring they’re set up for success.
  • Acting as an internal product expert - supporting teammates and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collecting, organising, and filtering customer feedback to identify key themes.
  • Creating clear product and feature requirements based on customer needs and strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and marketing, as well as leadership to discuss and debate different product ideas and approaches.
  • Analysing and evaluating product effectiveness with data-driven insights.
  • Testing and validating new features using prompt engineering and emerging AI techniques.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Taking initiative across varied tasks - from documentation to testing - as needed in our fast-moving team.

Requirements

  • You’ve likely worked with software before - maybe you’ve spent a few years in IT support, a technical customer success role, or working in testing. Or perhaps you have a few years of experience in product management.
  • Familiar with software engineering development lifecycle.
  • Interested in prompt engineering and conversational design principles.
  • Energised and enthusiastic about meeting with customers.
  • Comfortable adopting and experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows, with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Bonus: you’ve worked in a startup before and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills; able to turn complex feedback into clear product insights.
  • Comfortable working closely with customers and internal teams.
  • Organised, adaptable, and eager to contribute wherever needed to help the team succeed.
  • Enthusiastic learner with an interest in conversational technology and product development.
