Responsibilities

Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with trial attorneys, litigation partners, and corporate legal teams within an assigned territory.
Build and execute a disciplined territory and account strategy focused on new client acquisition and revenue expansion.
Lead high-impact client presentations, pitches, and needs assessments to position litigation consulting, trial graphics, and courtroom presentation solutions.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key legal stakeholders to influence purchasing decisions and secure long-term strategic partnerships.
Partner with internal operations and consulting teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions aligned with client litigation objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Proven track record of success in business development, enterprise sales, or account growth within litigation support, trial consulting, legal technology, or professional services.
Demonstrated ability to sell consultative, high-value solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments.
Experience managing long, relationship-driven sales cycles with senior decision-makers.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and persuade sophisticated buyers.
