Responsibilities
Drive revenue, margin, and execution across all labels, partners, and retail channels
Own demand forecasts, manufacturing decisions, and inventory risk
Oversee end-to-end physical release execution—from manufacturing through retail delivery
Own inventory levels across all configurations—balancing availability with risk
Partner with commercial teams and retailers to drive placement, visibility, and sell-through
Measure reporting across all physical sales and performance metrics
Requirements
Deep experience in physical music, retail, and supply chain
Strong operator with proven ownership of forecasting, inventory, and P&Ls
High commercial instincts with the ability to make clear, decisive calls
Effective cross-functional leader who drives alignment and accountability
Experience managing key retail accounts, including Walmart, strongly preferred
