Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination of marketing projects (Go-to-market and tentpole marketing projects).
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders locally and internationally to ensure milestone alignment.
- Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify the team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in the schedule.
- Develop strategic documents for client presentations, campaign/project plans, and program wrap and analysis reports.
- Publish and manage organization of marketing assets across to content libraries.
- Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Develop monthly reporting on project throughput and operational performance
- Maintain project tracking documentation across all active initiatives
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of distributed marketing assets
- Track marketing project budgets and associated spend
- Maintain budget tracking documentation to support financial oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role within the marketing industry.
- Relevant certifications in project management or production is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as advanced capabilities in Excel and experience with Jira.
- Organization Skills with High Attention to Detail:
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral to ensure effective collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and clients.
- Proven experience in project management, with knowledge and/or understanding of creative and production.
- Highly confident using Google Suite Applications.
