About the role

  • Assistente Financeiro/Recebimento Fiscal supporting cost management in Ultracargo's logistics. Managing budgets, supplier registrations, and compliance with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in controlling the directorate's variable costs, supporting the monitoring of the planned budget;
  • Submit requests and follow up on area payments, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and rules;
  • Register suppliers and monitor the contracting process and records in the SAP system;
  • Monitor contract balances and support the anticipation of operational needs;
  • Maintain aligned communication with Procurement and the Shared Services Center (CSC), facilitating process flow;
  • Contribute to the creation and update of workflows and routines, promoting standardization and organization in management;
  • Support administrative tasks related to the directorate's processes.

Requirements

  • University degree (completed);
  • Experience with invoice verification and posting, contract balance control, and payment governance for the area;
  • Ease in managing costs and payment controls;
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate;
  • Continuous focus on process improvement;
  • Experience with SAP.
