About the role

Responsibilities
- Support industry-leading Command and Control (C2) product line
- Solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Lead small to medium-sized software development projects
- Complete design, development, and deployment of software programs with minimal oversight
- Analyze and resolve issues identified during customer testing
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and design of complex systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of professional experience in software development
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
- Extensive experience with programming languages C and C++
- ADA and/or FORTRAN highly desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field
- Candidates without a degree, but with experience are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in Air and Missile Defense Systems
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, algorithm design, and data structures
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
