Proven expertise in scaling B2C companies in fast-growing digital industries
Experience of driving an audience centric marketing approach, built on use of data and analytics
Demonstrated ability to link marketing activity to financial outcomes
Proven expertise at stakeholder management and influence across both peers and senior board level, driving business-wide initiatives
Experience of creating enhanced Customer Engagement and Performance Marketing Programmes, which drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, striking a balance between short & long term
In depth experience of applying research and data insights to develop strategy to maximize ROI
Demonstrable track record of driving creative excellence and raising the bar on creative standards
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Experience leading organisational change within marketing functions, including upskilling teams, driving innovation & transformation and evolving structures.
Track record of horizon scanning and adapting marketing strategy to emerging trends and technologies, including AI
