Responsibilities
As the Portfolio Manager for TELUS Rewards, you will be responsible for defining the vision and driving the execution of our innovative customer loyalty program
You will lead a high-performing team, with a focus on strategy, go-to-market and customer engagement initiatives
Responsible for the evolution and adoption of the TELUS Rewards program, you will drive its uptake across mobile and residential services
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with business partners
Conduct competitive analyses in the loyalty and telecommunications sectors to identify opportunities and maintain a market-leading position
Evaluate new capabilities, partnerships, and business opportunities to increase the program’s value
Manage the TELUS Rewards portfolio, including P&L responsibility and liabilities
Requirements
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders
Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and performance optimization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
