About the role

  • Senior Business Development Representative at UiPath focusing on lead generation and qualification. Engaging with prospects and collaborating with sales teams across EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in UiPath solutions
  • Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities)
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality and effectiveness of campaigns, helping to improve future marketing efforts
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
