About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing and coordinating research projects with a focus on execution, training, and report development. Ideal for candidates with project management education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Assists with the design and implementation of semi-structured interviews.
  • Assists with the thematic analysis of interviews to identify key themes and insights.
  • Designs and implements training programs for project stakeholders.
  • Prepares for workshops, including logistical arrangements and content development.
  • Develops a comprehensive final report summarizing project findings and outcomes.
  • Complies with all legal requirements and company policies.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a research or clinical-focused environment.
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
