About the role
- Project Manager overseeing and coordinating research projects with a focus on execution, training, and report development. Ideal for candidates with project management education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
- Assists with the design and implementation of semi-structured interviews.
- Assists with the thematic analysis of interviews to identify key themes and insights.
- Designs and implements training programs for project stakeholders.
- Prepares for workshops, including logistical arrangements and content development.
- Develops a comprehensive final report summarizing project findings and outcomes.
- Complies with all legal requirements and company policies.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a research or clinical-focused environment.
- Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
