About the role
- Logistics Robotics project head to lead operational design and service enhancement in client engagements. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- クライアントの現場要件、作業実態・環境要件を深く理解した上で、最適な運用フロー設計の検討
- 導入前準備〜稼働開始までのスケジュール策定と推進
- 導入後の稼働評価・課題特定・改善施策の実行（稼働率や品質の評価指標策定）、定着化およびクライアント満足度向上のための改善提案
- 社内各部門との連携・要件調整。開発／製造／導入／保守／運用チームとの調整、オペレーション改善のための要件整理・伝達
- プロジェクト全体のステークホルダー管理と進行管理。リスク・課題管理、アウトカムの責任を持つ。
Requirements
- 無形商材における カスタマーサクセス／アカウントマネージャー／プロジェクトマネージャー いずれかの経験 3年以上
- 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進経験
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（クライアントおよび現場対応のため）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル（社内調整・資料作成）
- 現場業務の理解と課題解決思考
- 複雑な要件を整理し、実行推進できる能力
