Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize the entire candidate journey for three nursing homes
  • Develop targeted, modern job advertisements
  • Identify, evaluate and further develop new recruiting channels
  • Train staff in interacting with applicants
  • Act as a link between applicants, HR services and residential unit managers

Requirements

  • Solid experience recruiting qualified nursing staff
  • Knowledge of the most common recruiting channels in elderly care
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Ability to confidently train employees
  • Interest in building an internal team for recruiting and retaining nursing staff
  • Strong communication skills and confident interaction with applicants, HR services and residential unit managers
  • Digital affinity and confident use of modern recruiting tools and social media platforms
