Responsibilities
You accompany and optimize the entire candidate journey for our three care homes — from first contact through onboarding
You create target-group-oriented, modern job adverts and work closely with our corporate communications team to ensure a consistent, strong employer brand
You identify, evaluate, and further develop new recruitment channels to increase our visibility and reach
You train staff in professional candidate handling and establish a reliable network of contacts within the residential units
You act as a link between applicants, HR services and the residential unit managers, ensuring smooth information and communication flow
Requirements
You have solid experience recruiting qualified nursing staff
You are familiar with the most common recruitment channels in elderly care and know how to use them effectively
You work independently and in a structured manner and keep track even when multiple processes run in parallel
You can confidently train staff and are interested in building an internal team for attracting and retaining nursing professionals
You have strong communication skills and present yourself confidently to applicants, HR services and residential unit managers
You are digitally savvy and proficient with modern recruiting tools and social media platforms
