About the role

  • Recruiter responsible for enhancing candidate experience in healthcare facilities. Engaging in onboarding, employer branding, and training staff in effective recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

  • You accompany and optimize the entire candidate journey for our three care homes — from first contact through onboarding
  • You create target-group-oriented, modern job adverts and work closely with our corporate communications team to ensure a consistent, strong employer brand
  • You identify, evaluate, and further develop new recruitment channels to increase our visibility and reach
  • You train staff in professional candidate handling and establish a reliable network of contacts within the residential units
  • You act as a link between applicants, HR services and the residential unit managers, ensuring smooth information and communication flow

Requirements

  • You have solid experience recruiting qualified nursing staff
  • You are familiar with the most common recruitment channels in elderly care and know how to use them effectively
  • You work independently and in a structured manner and keep track even when multiple processes run in parallel
  • You can confidently train staff and are interested in building an internal team for attracting and retaining nursing professionals
  • You have strong communication skills and present yourself confidently to applicants, HR services and residential unit managers
  • You are digitally savvy and proficient with modern recruiting tools and social media platforms
