About the role
- Personalcontroller analyzing and overseeing personnel cost developments for a healthcare organization. Collaborating closely with finance and HR departments to manage reporting and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyse und Überwachung der Personalkostenentwicklung sowie Abweichungsanalysen
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte und Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche
- Erstellung der Wirtschaftsplanung für den Verein inkl. Analyse der Kostensteigerungen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Kennzahlen und Dashboards zur Steuerung der Personalprozesse
- Validierung, Erstellung und Meldung gesetzlicher Richtlinien und Statistiken
- Mitwirkung bei Personalkostenplanung und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, insbesondere Finanzcontrolling und Personal
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Controlling, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalcontrolling wünschenswert, Vorkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel, VBA und PowerBI sowie Erfahrung mit HR-Software
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. C1 Niveau)
