About the role
- Controller focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing in a hybrid working model. Analyzing processes and building controlling instruments across locations in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Standortübergreifender Aufbau von Controllinginstrumenten, vorrangig im Bereich Fertigung sowie Einkauf und Logistik
- Analyse von Fertigungsprozessen und Herleitung von Aufgabengliederungen, die für Controlling relevant sind wie z.B. Richtzeiten an Maschinen
- Erstellung von themenspezifischen und umfassenden turnusmäßigen Analysen
- Ermittlung von SOLL/IST-Abweichungen und Interpretation der Auswertungen
- Ableitung von Maßnahmen sowie von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Fachabteilungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets
- Übernahme von weiteren Projekten und Mitwirkung bei Sonderaufgaben zur Optimierung der Unternehmensprozesse aus Sicht des Controllings
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit erster Berufserfahrung im Controlling idealerweise im Anlagenbau oder Projektgeschäft
- Technisches Verständnis von Fertigungsprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Excel sowie Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem ERP-System Business Central wünschenswert
- Analytischer Arbeitsstil mit Fokus auf das Wesentliche und Lösungsorientierung, Gestaltungswille und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
- Proaktive Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Engagement sowie starke Teamorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
