Responsibilities
You actively contribute to improving efficiency and optimizing contracts.
You take responsibility for regular contract controlling and reporting.
You support contract owners and their business units in annual financial planning and related forecasts.
You assist in contract design by defining contract contents and selecting contractual items.
Within contract management, you are responsible for the business advisory of SGS (Servicefield/Businessfield/Staff) and the Tribe Leads, as well as for monitoring contract compliance and metrics, and you collaborate on risk assessments, outsourcing management and third‑party procurement evaluations.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration and have several years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in contract management, or a comparable qualification.
You have a strong affinity for IT/datacenter infrastructure topics (platforms), e.g., servers, databases, networks.
You are proficient with tools such as PowerPoint and Excel and have basic knowledge of SAP; experience with Jira is desirable.
You have business‑fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, the ability to work independently and in a goal‑oriented manner, and excellent communication skills.
You bring an agile mindset, enthusiasm for new topics and enjoyment in continuously improving our internal team processes.
