Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role will be key in supporting our leadership and people to deliver exceptional work while driving the Two Circles spirit across the region, providing excellence across all elements of the employment journey, while managing our Melbourne office and delivering company-wide events.
  • You will be energetic, a proactive problem solver, with a growth mindset and an ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the team.

Requirements

  • Oversee office management for our Melbourne location, managing our relationships with office providers
  • Lead the planning and execution of company-wide events through the year
  • Support in the delivery of marketing and external client events to further grow our presence across the region
  • Support the Head of Operations in delivering our twice-annual Performance Planning processes
  • Lead in the delivery of our Onboarding and offboarding programmes for new and departing Two Circlers.
  • Champion and drive the Two Circles spirit across teams and offices
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to senior leaders as required
  • Provide general operational support to ensure the smooth running of our offices.
  • Deliver exceptional in-office hosting experiences for both clients and Two Circlers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
