- Advising and representing renowned national and international companies and leading brands
- Active client management and maintaining visibility with clients
- Strategic advice, portfolio management, and handling administrative proceedings in all areas of trademark law
- Handling contentious and civil proceedings
Requirements
- Passed both state examinations with above‑average grades
- Preferably international study experience
- Initial knowledge and experience in industrial property protection is welcome but not a prerequisite
- Very good command of German and English
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage in discussions
- Strong interest in economic/commercial contexts and enjoyment in finding creative solutions
