About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide counsel to national and international clients in patent litigation.
- Advise on all matters of patent law.
- Support clients in large, international patent disputes on both the plaintiff and defendant sides before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and German courts.
- Work in a team with patent attorneys and take responsibility for your own subprojects.
- Gather and examine evidence of patent infringement, analyze potential non-infringement arguments, and draft complaints and responses.
Requirements
- You hold two state examinations (Staatsexamina) with above-average results and ideally have international study experience.
- You have initial/relevant professional experience in patent law or a comparable position.
- Excellent German and English skills and professional, persuasive communication are among your strengths.
- You are interested in technical and commercial matters and enjoy finding creative solutions for clients.
