Responsibilities
Lead a team of Regional Product Marketing Managers and drive high-impact market activation across North America.
Define and lead the North America regional product marketing strategy in alignment with global direction and regional business priorities.
Own portfolio-level prioritization and trade-offs for regional product marketing activation.
Partner with global marketing teams to represent North America needs early in content planning and creation.
Provide leadership and direction for regional campaigns, demand and lead generation initiatives, training and enablement support.
Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms to track product marketing performance across the region.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing or commercial roles within Medical Technology, Healthcare, Marketing Technology, or similar industries.
Proven expertise in strategic product marketing leadership, translating portfolio strategy into regional market impact.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Product Management, or a related field.
Strong ability to collaborate across global and regional teams, activating content and ensuring consistent execution.
Experience leading campaigns, demand generation, sales enablement, and major industry events.
A data-driven mindset, with skills in performance measurement, KPI management, and delivering measurable commercial results.
