About the role

  • IT Program Manager leading BPA contract execution and team management at T. White Parker. Requires extensive IT program management experience and strong client collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of BPA and Task Order contract execution and management, including quality, team performance, task management, contract finances, staffing, team morale, client satisfaction, and contract administration
  • Serve as client’s key point of contact and touchpoint to corporate operation
  • Manage multiple concurrent Task Orders across numerous agencies
  • Navigate client dynamics, consult/advise, and grow programs from a business development perspective
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders of all levels to achieve desired results
  • Ensure service delivery performance, financial performance, staffing, contract compliance, employee morale, and client satisfaction are effectively managed
  • Staffing at proper levels with the proper skillsets
  • Ensure contract instruments are not over or under-running while managing finances compliantly
  • Assist staff with career planning, professional development guidance, and overall performance improvement
  • Ensure clients are satisfied with work and service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business or related field
  • 8 years of related experience leading and managing large scale IT programs
  • At least 6 years of proven experience managing a program
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience managing multiple Task Orders or projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing large teams across multiple different work streams
  • Executive-facing presence and communications skills
  • Strong business and technical writing skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in both a virtual and an in-person environment
  • Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, quality-focused, and team player
  • Ability to effectively interface and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
