- 초기 아웃리치 및 인터뷰를 통해 후보자의 기술적 배경, 연구 관심사, 역할 적합도를 평가.
- 한국 ML/AI 인재 풀에 대한 다이나믹한 Talent Map을 구축하고 지속적으로 업데이트.
- 주요 테크 기업, 연구기관, AI 스타트업 간 탈렌트 현황 파악.
- 인재 수급, 보상 수준, 핵심 스킬, 파이프라인 현황 등 시장 인사이트를 공유.
- 소싱 커버리지의 공백을 식별하고 이를 보완하기 위한 전략을 제안.
- 리서치 디너, 테크톡, 컨퍼런스, 해커톤 등 ML/AI 커뮤니티 활동을 기획하고 실행.
- AI/ML 커뮤니티, 밋업, 업계 네트워크와의 관계를 구축.
- 단기 채용을 넘어 장기적인 인재 관계를 형성하고 유지.
- 커뮤니티 활동의 효과를 측정하고 채용 성과로 이어질 수 있도록 개선.
- 내부 CRM 시스템에 고품질의 후보자 파이프라인을 구축하고 관리.
- ATS(Ashby) 내 데이터 정확성과 최신 상태를 유지.
- 아웃리치 수, 응답률, 전환율 등 주요 소싱 지표 트래킹 및 리포팅.
- ML/AI 인재 타겟에 맞는 소싱 및 아웃리치 전략을 지속적으로 개선.
Requirements
- 리크루팅 서치펌 또는 인하우스 채용팀에서 8년 이상의 채용 경험 (테크, ML/AI 영역 포함)
- 한국 ML/AI 인재 시장에 대한 높은 이해도 (기업, 학계, 보상 수준 등)
- 패시브 기술 인재를 창의적으로 발굴한 경험
- Talent Mapping 및 시장 인사이트 도출 경험
- 커뮤니티 이벤트 기획 및 실행 경험
