About the role
- Senior QA Engineer developing and implementing quality strategies for Twelve’s product development. Monitoring testing processes and collaborating with various teams in Amsterdam's hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Ontwikkelen en uitdragen van een Twelve-brede test- en kwaliteitsstrategie
- Inrichten en verbeteren van QA-processen voor functioneel testen, regressie, integratie, performance en security
- Zorgen dat kwaliteit structureel is ingebed in de development lifecycle
- Definiëren en bewaken van kwaliteitscriteria en Definition of Done-standaarden
- Uitvoeren van handmatige en geautomatiseerde tests voor complexe features
- Uitbreiden en onderhouden van testautomatisering (API, UI en integratietests)
- Introduceren van best practices voor test-tooling en testarchitectuur
- Analyseren van productie-incidenten en vertalen naar structurele testverbeteringen
- Incorporeren van tests i.c.m. hardware
- Samenwerken met meerdere teams om consistente kwaliteit te waarborgen
- Afstemmen van regressiesets, testcases en kwaliteitsnormen over teams heen
- Signaleren, escaleren en prioriteren van kwaliteitsrisico’s richting Product Owners en Tech Leads
- Actieve rol spelen in release readiness en risicogebaseerd testen
- Aansturen en coachen van QA Engineer(s)
- Engineers helpen bij het schrijven van testbare code en heldere acceptatiecriteria
- Stimuleren van een cultuur waarin kwaliteit een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid is
Requirements
- Ruime ervaring heeft als QA Engineer, bij voorkeur in een software- of SaaS-omgeving (ervaring met hardware i.c.m. SaaS is een pré)
- Ervaring heeft met het opzetten en verbeteren van QA-processen
- Sterk is in zowel handmatig testen als testautomatisering
- Ervaring heeft met API-, integratie- en UI-testing
- Analytisch is en risico’s vroeg weet te signaleren
- Comfortabel werkt in een complexe, multi-team omgeving
- Graag kennis deelt en collega’s coacht
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt
- Gedijt in een snelgroeiende scale-upomgeving
- Hybride wil werken: 3 dagen per week op ons kantoor in Amsterdam
