About the role
- Software Tester responsible for quality assurance in AI-driven Field Service Management products. Focus on test strategy development and collaboration with agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Teststrategien und -plänen für mobile Apps, Web-Frontends und Datenbankanwendungen
- Durchführung von funktionalen und nicht-funktionalen Tests (manuell und automatisiert)
- Auswahl, Einrichtung und Pflege geeigneter Testframeworks und -tools
- Erstellung und Pflege von Testdatenbanken und Testszenarien
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität, Performance und Usability mobiler Anwendungen
- Validierung von RESTful APIs
- Prüfung von Web-Frontends auf Funktionalität und Konsistenz
- Enge Abstimmung mit Entwicklern, Product Ownern und anderen Stakeholdern im Rahmen von agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (HTL, UNI oder FH)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Software-Testing
- Erfahrung in der Prüfung mobiler Anwendungen, einschließlich Performance- und Usability-Tests
- Kenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) und Cross-Browser-Testing
- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Durchführung von Tests für Datenbanken (relational und non-relational)
- Stark ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Testergebnisse verständlich zu dokumentieren und effektiv zu kommunizieren
- Erfahrung in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen (Scrum, Kanban)
