Responsibilities
Nieuwe klanten op weg helpen tijdens de klantonboarding
Klanten telefonisch, per e-mail en via chat helpen met vragen over onze systemen
Storingen analyseren en op afstand oplossen
Product feedback doorzetten naar onze product afdeling
Meedenken over procesverbeteringen in onze klantenservice
Requirements
MBO en/of HBO werk- en denkniveau
Relevante werkervaring heeft in klantenservice, hospitality, horeca of sport
Affiniteit met hardware heeft en het leuk vindt om technische problemen op te lossen
Klantgericht , communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht bent
Flexibel bent in werktijden en inzet ( weekend/avondwerk hoort erbij)
Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft
Woonachtig bent op bereisbare afstand van Amsterdam
Een echte teamspeler bent, maar ook zelfstandig kunt werken
