About the role
- Insurance Consultant advising clients on private and European health insurance, focusing on customer inquiries and policy management in a professional yet relaxed environment.
Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung ausschließlich eingehender Kundenanfragen – keine gekauften Leads, keine Kaltakquise.
- Individuelle Beratung rund um private und europäische Krankenversicherungen sowie Unterstützung bei speziellen Themen wie der Wiedereingliederung in die GKV.
- Begleitung unserer Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis hin zur Vertragsabwicklung – stets zuverlässig, verständlich und transparent.
Requirements
- Erfahrung im Bereich Krankenversicherung oder im Versicherungsvertrieb.
- Kenntnisse des Versicherungsvertragsgesetzes (VVG) oder die Bereitschaft, sich diese anzueignen.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten.
