About the role

  • Director of Media and Demand Generation at Tubi leading marketing initiatives and media investment strategy. Collaborate with marketing data science teams to drive impactful campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing consumer marketing team
  • Guide media investment strategies mapped to full funnel marketing KPIs
  • Own research, planning, and execution stages for online and offline channels
  • Build and manage relationships with media agency partners
  • Work with digital TV platform partners to drive business outcomes
  • Lead creative testing and optimization
  • Help develop broader measurement strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in technology and measurements
  • Be personally invested in the usage of AI tools

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • In house marketing leadership experience
  • In-Platform experience with media buying suites
  • Technical media operations knowledge
  • Deep expertise in highly quantitative environments
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally
  • Experience with B2B Demand generation is a plus
  • Familiarity with MMM, MTA, or advanced measurement frameworks is a plus
