About the role

Analyst for digital transformation within Telefónica Tech, focusing on data-driven solutions and business requirements. Collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiencies and client revenues.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the digital platform.
Develop and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements to the development team.
Write SQL queries for analysis against databases.
Perform gap analyses to identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and resolve any ambiguities.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and collect feedback.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in the testing process to validate that developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the digital platform, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project development and requirements management.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills:
Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with technologies and architectures for digital platforms.
