Responsibilities
- Interface with program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support
- Work on Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including establishment of Work Breakdown Structure, performance criteria assessment, maintenance of estimates to complete, and variance analysis
- Develop budget baselines and maintain cost/schedule integration
- Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting and/or industry related fields OR Master's degree
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Ability to work on site daily in San Diego or Palmdale, CA
- Understanding of Business Systems (SAP/Cobra)
- Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
