About the role

  • (Junior) Consultant advising clients on HR/IT projects from analysis to implementation. Working closely with clients to deliver innovative HR-IT solutions in Austria.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting on the implementation of HR/IT projects.
  • Requirements analysis, solution design and implementation through to operations.
  • Act as an intermediary between HR and IT to identify innovative solutions.
  • Support clients in the continuous optimization of their system landscape.

Requirements

  • Committed and curious, with a desire to work on innovative topics.
  • University degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, or business administration.
  • Experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • High willingness to travel for national and international project assignments.
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written; French is a plus.
  • Analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
  • Technically savvy with strong communication skills.
