Responsibilities
Provide in-office support to affluent Investment clients and Centers of Influence
Deliver essential investment operations support through daily administration of client portfolios
Prioritize relationship management activities
Enter and maintain appropriate client records
Utilize various trust and investment systems for transactions
Respond to client requests for information
Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments
Assist advisors with other administrative functions
Provide responsive and personal service to Wealth Clients
Participate in onboarding and training of new teammates
Assist with special projects for Investment Managers and Wealth Division Support Leader
Requirements
3-5+ years as an Investment Support Specialist/Fiduciary Support Specialist
Knowledge of deposits, loans, banking products, and operating systems related to trusts and estates
General knowledge of investment products (stocks, bonds, options, derivatives)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills
Undergraduate degree (preferred)
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) or Trust School Level 1 (preferred)
