Responsibilities
- Enabling and supporting the Enterprise Public Cloud Platform across multiple projects/business units
- Supporting and maintaining operationalized projects and initiatives built for customers
- Delivering secure, resilient, and compliant cloud environments
- Leveraging existing industry best practices and developing new best practices for technical innovation in financial services
- Implementing platform related resources in the AWS Cloud platform via automation
- Supporting monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Managing different audit requirements for compliance
- Implementing and testing disaster recovery plans for the DevOps Tools
- Knowledge of ITIL tools for operational and service efficiency
- Guiding delivery teams toward optimum adoption of DevSecOps practices and framework

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
- Seven+ years of experience in software engineering or IT including at least four years in a role focused on git based application code development and/or DevOps Engineering
- Foundational cloud architecture knowledge
- Must demonstrate ability to write code
- Must demonstrate ability to construct basic application build pipeline
- 5+ years of technical experience in IT organizations (preferably in financial services)
- 3+ years in enterprise software development lifecycle management
- 3+ years in software development, build/release management, & change/incident management
- 2+ years in public cloud platform
- Achieved one of the Public Cloud Associate-level certifications
- Participation in Agile/Scrum best practices and methodology
- Ability to provide extraordinary service to end clients.
