- Junior Cloud Engineer providing IT support to Rillion with focus on Microsoft technologies and team collaboration. Responsibilities include user management, hardware configuration, and daily operations support.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to Rillion employees and consultants across 1st–3rd line
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of users
- Handle and configure laptops, phones, and other hardware
- Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID
- Support daily operations through Slack and our ticketing system
- Ensure proper documentation for security and compliance
Requirements
- Education or hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration
- Solid knowledge of: – Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Entra ID
- Strong communication skills in English
- A service-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team
- Bonus if you also have: • Experience with Mac in Windows environments
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Basic PowerShell skills
- Fluency in Swedish
