About the role
- Director of Technical Product Management for Cloud Service Providers at HPE, leading strategy for cloud architecture and deployment in hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical product strategy for CSPs to build, own, and operate scalable clouds
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for VPs of Engineering and CTOs at CSPs
- Own the creation and maintenance of HPE Validated Designs for CSP use cases
- Define how HPE CloudOps software integrates with underlying hardware and third-party stacks
- Author high-value technical white papers and represent HPE Cloud Ops at industry events
- Define blueprints for how CSPs build and operate clouds profitably using AIOps
Requirements
- 10+ years in Technical Product Management or Systems Architecture
- Must have held a similar role at VMware, Red Hat, Nutanix, or a Hyperscaler (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Deep knowledge of ESXi, KVM, and AHV
- Strong command of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container networking/storage
- Expertise in AIOps, distributed tracing, and multi-cloud monitoring
- Understanding of RPO/RTO requirements for disaster recovery and cyber-resilience
- Proven ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization
