Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines
- 15 years’ experience managing system/application engineers
- 10 years’ relevant business experience
- 5 years’ managing a large staff
- 5 years’ experience with budget responsibilities
- Proven experience driving incident management triage
- Proven experience with IT service management (ITSM) practices and tools
- Extensive experience with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of distributed, mainframe, public and private cloud-based applications
- Executive level communications skills
- Strong analytical and architectural skills
- Knowledge of current and emerging application software products and tools
- Ability to manage a high volume of internal client relationships
- Knowledge of all phases of software engineering life cycle
- Ability to translate enterprise level strategic planning information into business solutions
