About the role

  • TrueContext Sales Specialist focused on generating new business and collaborating globally with clients. Leveraging the TrueContext platform to improve business processes for prospective customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and partners globally to leverage the TrueContext platform.
  • Generate new business through inbound/outbound calls and targeted emails.
  • Qualify prospective customers through targeted questions regarding their business strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing to create campaigns for brand awareness.
  • Spend extensive time prospecting new clients via phone.
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Utilize CRM strategically to record information and identify opportunities.
  • Meet/exceed daily activity metrics and product demonstration quotas.
  • Engage in brainstorming to improve performance during team meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales or marketing environment including Retail, Technology, Mobile considered an asset.
  • Confident, clear and concise communication style – written and verbal.
  • Goal oriented, motivated, and organized.
  • Quick learner, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accountable with effective time management, accurately tracking and logging daily activities.
  • Loves problem solving and asks insightful questions.
  • Resilient and handles objections confidently.
  • Shares innovative ideas and thinks outside-the-box.
  • Natural ability to converse with various business professionals.
  • Not required, but a University or College Degree in a related field is nice to have.
