Responsibilities

  • Supports refinement activities within a product team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements
  • Analyzes user behavior and feedback to validate that products work as desired relative to key performance indicators
  • Provides consultative support to product owners and other stakeholders as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables to enhance client experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Experience in Agile Development methodologies
  • Experience in working on digital products and services
  • Strong technical skills in using Adobe Experience Manager Content Management Systems (CMS), or in other CMS
