About the role

  • Influencer Marketing Coordinator managing influencer partnerships and strategies for a leading iGaming company. Focused on user acquisition in the Turkish market through social media and streaming collaborations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies focused on lead generation and player acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align influencer initiatives with broader campaigns.
  • Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with influencers, streamers, and brand ambassadors within the Turkish market.
  • Review potential collaborators channels and verify their authenticity before onboarding.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of influencer campaigns from briefing to execution to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets.
  • Track daily performance of influencer content, monitor streamers' channels, and ensure scheduled posts are executed.
  • Analyze chat interactions and provide suggestions to improve engagement, especially when addressing negative feedback.
  • Monitor KPIs, including First Time Depositors (FTDs) and player value, and optimize ROI from influencer campaigns.
  • Collect and report campaign results, providing actionable insights for future improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact between influencers, customer service, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with streamers through encouraging and clear communication.
  • Offer regular feedback and suggestions to streamers to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Be fully informed of each streamers timeline, campaign expectations, and community responsibilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and streaming in the Turkish-speaking iGaming community.
  • Share insights on new trends or platforms that could enhance our influencer strategy.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Turkish; strong proficiency in English is required.
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the online casino or gaming industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Turkish market and its digital landscape.
  • Passionate about streaming, social media, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience working with streamers or live content creators.
  • Background in online gaming or iGaming industries.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and performance tracking platforms.
