Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical engineering services across multiple hospital sites.
- Ensure the successful adoption of all TRIMEDX lead initiatives and programs.
- Build high performing teams by selecting and retaining site leaders and operational directors.
- Provide guidance to directors and site leaders for business reviews with customers.
- Champion and lead corporate-wide strategic initiatives.
- Create high levels of employee engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of people leadership experience.
- Experience as a TRIMEDX Network or Regional Director, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in field service operations, clinical engineering, and biomedical field required.
- Strategic capabilities in financial planning, resource allocation, workforce planning and analysis, business process improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation communication skills.
