About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-impact visual representations of research data, including infographics, interactive dashboards, and workflows.
  • Plan and execute global research sessions, including customer interviews, surveys, and user testing to gather deep insights.
  • Craft compelling data-driven stories and visual narratives that highlight key patterns and trends for stakeholders.
  • Spearhead exploration of interactive prototypes and AI applications to innovate research methods and UX design.
  • Partner with cross-functional Insights and Product teams to translate intricate findings into clear, actionable visual strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in information design, research visualization, or UX design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate research into customer-focused presentations and tools.
  • Proficient in design and visualization software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Tableau.
  • Bachelor's degree in UX, Graphic Design, Information Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Natural storyteller with ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
