- Collaborates with Partner Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to position service opportunities.
- Supports partner enablement through training and operational improvements.
- Works with internal teams to define partner delivery standards and engagement models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, consulting operations, or software implementation environments.
- Experience working with implementation partners, consulting firms, or channel partners supporting enterprise software delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting software implementations or professional services delivery programs.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Sales, Services, and Partner teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
