About the role

  • Contract Manager at Cencora ensuring operational coordination and client relationship management. Leading contractual engagements and overseeing service quality.

Responsibilities

  • You understand clients’ needs and expectations and communicate them to the relevant departments within the company
  • You are responsible for contractual commitments (handling laboratory requests, monitoring KPIs, liaising with the legal department for amendments, invoicing for additional services)
  • You monitor service quality and support improvements in productivity and quality
  • You maintain and grow client relationships by showcasing Alloga’s expertise and proposing value-added solutions

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in logistics and B2B multi-client project management
  • A good level of English is required for this position.
