Responsibilities
Managing projects in financial and balance-sheet accounting for our clients
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and, where applicable, IFRS or US GAAP
Optimizing and further developing accounting processes
Providing subject-matter support for system or process implementations
Developing innovative ideas and consulting solutions within the team
Actively shaping your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal training in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training and/or certified Financial/Balance Sheet Accountant (IHK) or a comparable degree
At least 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting
Confident use of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and strong MS Office skills
Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment
Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities
Fluent German language skills
High level of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
