About the role

Responsibilities
- Managing projects in financial and balance-sheet accounting for our clients
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and, where applicable, IFRS or US GAAP
- Optimizing and further developing accounting processes
- Providing subject-matter support for system or process implementations
- Developing innovative ideas and consulting solutions within the team
- Actively shaping your own development plan for professional growth in finance and accounting, for example through internal training in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI and Scrum
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training and/or certified Financial/Balance Sheet Accountant (IHK) or a comparable degree
- At least 2–7 years of professional experience in accounting
- Confident use of a common ERP system (e.g., SAP or DATEV) and strong MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel as required in a consulting environment
- Team player with strong communication skills and pronounced analytical abilities
- Fluent German language skills
- High level of initiative and enjoyment of independent project work
