About the role
- Technical Consultant delivering and supporting ERP, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure solutions for TRG International. Collaborates with clients on system integration, compliance, security, and automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and support solutions for ERP, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure, security, and database environments
- Configure systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist clients with integrations, migrations, and performance tuning
- Manage user access, devices, and data security using Microsoft Intune, Purview, and Defender
- Implement and support information security governance policies aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, and Vietnam PDPL or Singapore PDPA
- Support internal and external clients in improving system reliability, compliance, and security posture
- Develop and maintain SQL databases, queries, and scripts for automation or reporting
- Design and implement automation scripts or tools using PowerShell, Python, or other programming languages
- Contribute to network and infrastructure setup, monitoring, security hardening, and optimization
- Document configurations, system architecture, security controls, and automation processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in infrastructure/network/database/security implementation or supporting or consulting
- Experience in ERP solutions is an advantage
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) is an advantage
- Solid understanding of SQL, database management, cloud, networking, information security, and data protection concepts
- Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) and workflow tools (Power Automate) is an advantage
- Familiarity with security or data governance frameworks (ISO 27001, PDPL, or GDPR)
- Experience with network and system troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, firewalls)
- Problem-solver with strong communication skills in English
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks
