About the role

• Manage cross-border operations for Trendyol Operations, collaborating with sellers and internal teams for timely order delivery across regions.

Responsibilities

• Managing cross-border operations across multiple regions effectively.
• Collaborate with the sellers to ensure orders arrive to customer within the deadline.
• Coordinate with sellers and other units for product procurement
• Communicate well with sellers and coordinate all operational processes
• Prepare operational quality metricsFollow up seller operation quality improvement points & leading projects
• Coordinate and create operational processes for new countries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of extensive experience in supplier or vendor management.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross teams and considering stakeholder management
• Critical thinker with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English.
