Responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, compliance, and renewal, while ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
Working closely with legal, risk, and procurement teams, you will develop governance models, create insightful reports and dashboards, and monitor key performance metrics to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support strategic business objectives.
Requirements
Collaborate with relevant parties to prepare, review and revise contracts,
Monitor the life cycle of existing contracts - from drafting and negotiation through execution, compliance and renewal,
Standardize policies and procedures across procurement & contract activities,
Implementing contract management tool and ensure its effective usage across the business units and legal team,
Draft, review and revise a variety of contracts including procurement agreements, service contracts, NDAs and vendor agreements etc.,
Ensure seamless collaboration with finance, legal, risk and other business units,
Develop reports and dashboards on contract metrics
Track contract management performance metrics such as critical dates, renewals, and milestones,
Ensure contract management policies alignment with company policies and applicable laws & regulations,
Work closely with procurement sourcing and system teams to build the whole procurement governance model.
